Yes, all Hartley Watches are 5ATM (water resistant of up to 50m). Although your watch is water resistant we recommend you avoid contact with water as much as possible to maintain the quality of your leather band.
As your leather band isn't covered by our warranty it is best to take great care of it from the day you receive your Hartley Watch. We recommend you keep your band as dry as possible at all times, wiping off all moisture as soon as possible. Avoid exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time to avoid discolouration of your leather strap. If using a leather cleaner, please ensure you follow the instructions with care to avoid damaging your band.

We recommend you double check your address when placing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order confirming your address. If your order has already been sent we will not be able to change the direction and you will not be eligible for a refund.

But generally speaking there are no charges for 99% of our customers. For more information please contact your local customs office. Hartley Watches ordinarily ships products within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). All cancellation or change of address requests must be sent within this time to be eligible for a refund or change of address. If you have already received your notification of shipment email than it is already too late.
