Yes, all Hartley Watches are 5ATM (water resistant of up to 50m). Although your watch is water resistant we recommend you avoid contact with water as much as possible to maintain the quality of your leather band.

As your leather band isn't covered by our warranty it is best to take great care of it from the day you receive your Hartley Watch. We recommend you keep your band as dry as possible at all times, wiping off all moisture as soon as possible. Avoid exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time to avoid discolouration of your leather strap. If using a leather cleaner, please ensure you follow the instructions with care to avoid damaging your band.

Yes, all items purchased are sent via tracked postage. Shortly after your item has been posted out you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

We recommend you double check your address when placing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately after you place your order confirming your address. If your order has already been sent we will not be able to change the direction and you will not be eligible for a refund.

This is completely dependent on your own countries regulations and compliance. We are unable to give advice on whether there are or aren’t any customs or import duty charges. But generally speaking there are no charges for 99% of our customers. For more information please contact your local customs office. Hartley Watches is not responsible for any taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import duties or any other charges issued by your local government.

Yes, but please be sure to include the Business Name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
All orders are shipped from either one of our warehouses in Australia or the United States.
Hartley Watches ordinarily ships products within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). All cancellation or change of address requests must be sent within this time to be eligible for a refund or change of address. If you have already received your notification of shipment email than it is already too late.
Yes, we are proud to boast that your Hartley Watch comes with 10 years manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase.
If the watch parts and mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your watch for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.
Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service. Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (ie. Knocking, denting or crushing) are also not covered under our warranty agreement.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). Shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Email us at contact@hartleywatches.com to request a return.
We offer a 30-day exchange policy. The item you wish to exchange must be in original and brand new condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product. Email us at contact@hartleywatches.com to request an exchange.
