Hartley Watches Return Policy
At Hartley Watches we don’t offer refunds, only exchanges. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch to be eligible for an exchange. Please read below for more information about exchanges.
If the customer receives the wrong product or changes their mind on which product they would like, Hartley Watches will allow for an exchange. Since a detailed description accompanied by numerous product photographs are provided on our website, Hartley Watches does not allow for refunds in the event that the customer no longer wants the product they have purchased. However, the customer can receive an exchange for a different Hartley Watch. Shipping costs will be paid fully by the customer in this particular circumstance. The customer is only valid for an exchange if the watch is in the exact same condition as it was when received and still contains its protective stickers on the face and case back of the watch, as well as the plastic insert in the crown of the watch. If it has been longer than 14 days since receiving the watch, exchanges aren’t valid.
